Terms and Conditions

Qualified Purchasers receive Promotion Savings when purchasing an Eligible Mac Product with a pair of AirPods 4 th Generation with Active Noise Cancellation. Qualified Purchasers have the option to upgrade the Eligible Promotion Product to AirPods Pro 2 nd Generation at an Additional Upgrade Cost. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein and capitalized terms are as defined below.

Qualified Purchasers receive Promotion Savings when purchasing an Eligible iPad Product with an Apple Pencil Pro. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein and capitalized terms are as defined below.

Eligible Mac Products and Eligible iPad Products are collectively referred to herein as “Eligible Products”.

Promotion Period: The promotion begins on June 17th , 2025 and ends on September 30th, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) in the United States (“Qualified Country”). The Promotion Period may be changed, terminated or extended at any time without prior notice.

Qualifying Locations: Apple Authorized Campus Stores (a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Eligible Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualified Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualified Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Eligible Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period, and ship after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive Promotion Savings.

THE OFFER: Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and an Eligible Promotion Product within a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive Promotion Savings on the combined purchase as outlined below. Promotion Savings are applied to the Eligible Product instantly at the time of purchase which is equal to the cost of the Eligible Promotion Product. Customers will be charged for all items in their cart, including the Eligible Promotion Product. The Eligible Promotion Product is not a “gift.” This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete. Refurbished products and open box returns sold “as is” are not eligible for this offer.

QUALIFIED PURCHASERS: Those eligible for this promotion include faculty, staff, students, and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):

Higher Education - Faculty and staff of Higher Education institutions in the Qualified Country and students attending or accepted into a Higher Education institution in the Qualified Country are eligible. Purchases from the Apple Store for Education by individuals are not for institutional purchase or resale.

Higher Education Parents - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child, who is a student currently attending or accepted into a public or private Higher Education institution in the Qualified Country are eligible.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. If an Eligible Product is returned, or is exchanged for an ineligible product, the Eligible Promotion Product must also be returned in its original packaging or the Promotion Savings will be deducted from the amount of the return or exchange, as applicable, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Qualified Purchaser. If an Eligible Promotion Product is exchanged for another Eligible Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will be responsible for payment of the difference. If an Eligible Promotion Product is exchanged for another Eligible Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive credit for the difference. Eligible Products or Eligible Promotion Products purchased at an Qualifying Location must be returned or exchanged at the same Qualifying Location, subject to such Qualifying Location’s policies and procedures.

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS: This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period while supplies last. Eligible Products and Eligible Promotion Products are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. Only one Eligible Promotion Product per eligible Mac and/or eligible iPad per Qualified Purchaser. Qualified Purchaser must demonstrate that they meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements prior to purchase. Public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify. Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS: This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Additional restrictions at Qualifying Locations may apply. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s).
